Amigos que llegáis a esta obra:
Algunas veces la misericordia puede llegar a nosotros pero para ello debemos salir a recibirla. Por eso en este día he escogido hacer un comentario de esta obra pues en estos días comienza la séptima temporada de la serie en televisión, y al recibir este libro pensé que era una buena forma de recibirla dado que es difícil que podamos verla.
En cuanto a esta obra su autor Gary Russell nos escoge a los lectores como herederos del mundo de El Doctor. Hace que seamos fieles a su personaje en lo poco, y con ello pasemos al banquete mayor y más profundo de la historia.
Como obra de ciencia ficción es una obra llena de interés y que abrirá muchas puertas a los seguidores y fans de la serie, peor sobre todo que hace que cualquier lector que desconozca lo que es Doctor Who disfrute con su lectura. Eso no es algo que puedan conseguir muchas obras.
La pega que tiene la obra es que hasta ahora no he podido localizar ninguna edición en castellano y sólo he podido localizar alguna en inglés con lo que muchos lectores que no saben inglés van a quedar atrapados en la necesidad de aprenderlo, y está claro que en países donde se habla inglés no habrá ese problema. Creo firmemente que las editoriales en España y en algunos otros países están desaprovechando la posibilidad de vender muchos libros de las aventuras de este personaje.
Así que , el que quiera y tenga ganas de leer, que lo consiga y lo lea. Si le gusta no le enviara en busca de nada nuevo ni extraño, sino a viajar en la persecución de nuevas aventuras de este extraño, excéntrico y ajeno personaje que a muchos hace disfrutar con sus aventuras a través del espacio y del tiempo.

So, you want and have the desire to read, get it and read it. If you enjoy not send for anything new or strange, but to travel in pursuit of new adventures of this strange, eccentric and strange character who does enjoy many adventures through space and time.
